Exchange Policy

* Exchanges are allowed on all products.
* Customers can exchange for another item by paying the price difference (if any).
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Wrong Item Cases

* If the wrong item was sent by us, ZEXA will cover all shipping costs.
* If the customer chooses to exchange for a different product, the customer will cover the shipping fees.

Return Policy

* Returns are accepted if the product has a defect or problem.
* Items must be in their original condition.
* ZEXA will cover all return shipping costs if the issue is confirmed.
